PROBATE AND ESTATE ADMINISTRATION: Representation of the executor or trustee in the process of administering a decedent's estate. Services include estate, inheritance, and fiduciary tax returns, post-mortem tax planning and distribution of assets. DISABILITY LAW: Representation of clients in resolving special education disputes with school districts, including mediation and due process hearings. Assistance with obtaining Social Security Disability benefits, SSI, Medicaid, and services from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities including residential placement.
